13 results about "Endoscopic submucosal dissection" patented technology

Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is an advanced surgical procedure using endoscopy to remove gastrointestinal tumors that have not entered the muscle layer. ESD may be done in the esophagus, stomach or colon. Application of endoscopic resection (ER) to gastrointestinal (GI) neoplasms is limited to lesions with no risk of nodal metastasis. Either polypectomy or endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) is beneficial for patients because of its low level of invasiveness. However, to ensure the curative potential of these treatment modalities, accurate histopathologic assessment of the resected specimens is essential because the depth of invasion and lymphovascular infiltration of the tumor is associated with considerable risk for lymph node metastasis. For accurate assessment of the appropriateness of the therapy, en bloc resection is more desirable than piecemeal resection. For a reliable en bloc resection of GI neoplasms, a new method of ER called endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) has been developed.

PendingUS20250331894A1Organic active ingredientsSurgical needlesDisodium glycerophosphatePyrrolidinones
A method for preparing a thermosensitive submucosal injection for endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), relating to the technical field of regenerative medicine. The specific method involves constructing a novel thermosensitive submucosal injection solution capable of sustained-release hemostatic drugs and growth factors using high-pH chitosan, polyvinylpyrrolidone, calcium ions, and disodium β-glycerophosphate. This injection has very low viscosity, does not require special injection devices, is able to be injected using conventional endoscopic injection needles currently used in clinical practice, and exhibits high injection rate. Additionally, after being injected into the submucosal layer, this injection rapidly forms a high-strength hydrogel under body temperature, more stably supporting the raised state of the mucosal layer to facilitate ESD operations. It also reduces intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, promotes postoperative wound healing, and holds significant clinical practical application value.

Preparation method of chemically assisted cross-linked chitosan temperature-sensitive gel submucosal injection for endoscopic submucosal dissection

The invention discloses a preparation method of a chemically assisted cross-linked chitosan temperature-sensitive gel submucosal injection for endoscopic submucosal dissection, and belongs to the technical field of regenerative medicine. According to the specific method, chitosan, beta-sodium glycerophosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, acetic acid, a chemical auxiliary cross-linking agent and a medical coloring indicator are utilized to construct the novel chemical auxiliary cross-linked chitosan temperature-sensitive gel submucosal injection. The injection is very low in viscosity, does not need a special injection device, and can be injected by using a conventional endoscope injection needle which is clinically used at present. Meanwhile, after the injection is injected under the mucous membrane layer, high-strength hydrogel can be rapidly formed under the action of body temperature, the upheaval state of the mucous membrane layer can be stably supported, ESD operation is facilitated, and the risk of perforation and bleeding is reduced. Particularly, a synergistic dynamic proton ionization response system is established in the injection by sodium dihydrogen phosphate and acetic acid, so that the deprotonation speed of chitosan is remarkably slowed down, and the chemical auxiliary crosslinking speed is slow, so that the chemical auxiliary crosslinking does not influence injection, mucous membrane lifting and electric resection of the injection in the ESD operation, and the crosslinking degree is gradually improved after the ESD operation. The chemical auxiliary crosslinking can significantly improve the adhesion stability of the gel layer on the postoperative wound surface, form a stable wound surface sealing protection gel layer, and effectively delay the degradation of the gel layer in vivo, especially in the gastric juice environment, so that the adverse effect of the external environment on the postoperative wound surface healing can be effectively reduced, and the postoperative wound surface healing effect is improved. And the degradation of the gel layer is more matched with the tissue repair, so that the wound healing is promoted. Therefore, the chemically assisted cross-linked chitosan temperature-sensitive gel submucosal injection has very important clinical practical application value.

Preparation method and application of endoscopically delivered aggregate powder for preventing digestive tract stenosis after endoscopic submucosal dissection

The invention belongs to the technical field of biological materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method and application of agglomerate powder capable of being delivered under an endoscope for preventing digestive tract stenosis after endoscopic submucosal dissection. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving a polysaccharide compound in a solvent, and adding unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride for graft modification; respectively dissolving the modified polysaccharide and the hydrophilic polymer, and mixing; preparing a suspension containing a polyphenol compound and a therapeutic active substance; and mixing the mixed solution and the suspension until phase separation, collecting a condensed phase, and performing freeze drying and grinding treatment to obtain condensed powder. The aggregate powder has excellent wet tissue adhesion capacity, can be directly delivered to the surface of a wound through an endoscope working channel, forms a protective barrier, slowly releases treatment active substances, inhibits local inflammatory response and tissue fibrosis, effectively prevents digestive tract endoscopic submucosal dissection postoperative stenosis, and is particularly suitable for preventing esophageal ESD postoperative stenosis.

A gel material for hemostasis and promoting healing of gastrointestinal mucosal layering and its preparation method.

PendingCN122499371AMicrosphereBiocompatibility
This invention provides a gel material for hemostasis and promoting healing of the digestive tract mucosa, and its preparation method, belonging to the field of biomedical materials technology. The material consists of two separately packaged solutions: Solution A contains sodium alginate with an amination degree of 0.5-2.0 mmol / g, RGD peptide, quaternized chitosan, growth factors, and indigo carmine; Solution B consists of liposome microspheres encapsulated with pre-chelated calcium ions. This invention achieves controllable cross-linking through a "dual regulation mechanism": modified sodium alginate adjusts the cation capture sensitivity, and liposomes control the ion release rate, allowing the gel formation time to be precisely controlled within 30-60 seconds, solving the needle blockage problem caused by the instantaneous solidification of traditional gels. This gel combines physical support, immediate hemostasis, and long-term healing promotion, and has good biocompatibility, making it particularly suitable for mucosal elevation and postoperative repair in endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD).
