6 results about "Endoscopic submucosal dissection" patented technology

Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is an advanced surgical procedure using endoscopy to remove gastrointestinal tumors that have not entered the muscle layer. ESD may be done in the esophagus, stomach or colon. Application of endoscopic resection (ER) to gastrointestinal (GI) neoplasms is limited to lesions with no risk of nodal metastasis. Either polypectomy or endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) is beneficial for patients because of its low level of invasiveness. However, to ensure the curative potential of these treatment modalities, accurate histopathologic assessment of the resected specimens is essential because the depth of invasion and lymphovascular infiltration of the tumor is associated with considerable risk for lymph node metastasis. For accurate assessment of the appropriateness of the therapy, en bloc resection is more desirable than piecemeal resection. For a reliable en bloc resection of GI neoplasms, a new method of ER called endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) has been developed.

Artificial Gastrointestinal Tissue for Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection(ESD) Training and Method for Manufacturing the Same

PendingKR1020260113600AHuman bodyLarge intestine
The present invention relates to an artificial digestive tract tissue for training in endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) and a method for manufacturing the same. Specifically, the invention relates to an artificial digestive tract tissue configured to mimic the mucosal layer, submucosal layer, and muscle layer constituting the human digestive tract tissue in a multilayer structure, such that swelling occurs upon liquid injection and a color change occurs due to changes in salt concentration, and to a casting and curing-based hydrogel molding process for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the problems associated with existing animal tissue-based ESD training simulators can be resolved, repeated use is possible, and training tailored to the structural characteristics of specific organs (stomach, large intestine, small intestine, etc.) is possible.

Preparation method and application of endoscopically delivered aggregate powder for preventing digestive tract stenosis after endoscopic submucosal dissection

PendingCN121754492AOrganic active ingredientsPowder deliveryTissue fibrosisCoacervate
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method and application of agglomerate powder capable of being delivered under an endoscope for preventing digestive tract stenosis after endoscopic submucosal dissection. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving a polysaccharide compound in a solvent, and adding unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride for graft modification; respectively dissolving the modified polysaccharide and the hydrophilic polymer, and mixing; preparing a suspension containing a polyphenol compound and a therapeutic active substance; and mixing the mixed solution and the suspension until phase separation, collecting a condensed phase, and performing freeze drying and grinding treatment to obtain condensed powder. The aggregate powder has excellent wet tissue adhesion capacity, can be directly delivered to the surface of a wound through an endoscope working channel, forms a protective barrier, slowly releases treatment active substances, inhibits local inflammatory response and tissue fibrosis, effectively prevents digestive tract endoscopic submucosal dissection postoperative stenosis, and is particularly suitable for preventing esophageal ESD postoperative stenosis.

A gel material for hemostasis and promoting healing of gastrointestinal mucosal layering and its preparation method.

PendingCN122499371AMicrosphereBiocompatibility
This invention provides a gel material for hemostasis and promoting healing of the digestive tract mucosa, and its preparation method, belonging to the field of biomedical materials technology. The material consists of two separately packaged solutions: Solution A contains sodium alginate with an amination degree of 0.5-2.0 mmol / g, RGD peptide, quaternized chitosan, growth factors, and indigo carmine; Solution B consists of liposome microspheres encapsulated with pre-chelated calcium ions. This invention achieves controllable cross-linking through a "dual regulation mechanism": modified sodium alginate adjusts the cation capture sensitivity, and liposomes control the ion release rate, allowing the gel formation time to be precisely controlled within 30-60 seconds, solving the needle blockage problem caused by the instantaneous solidification of traditional gels. This gel combines physical support, immediate hemostasis, and long-term healing promotion, and has good biocompatibility, making it particularly suitable for mucosal elevation and postoperative repair in endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD).
