The invention relates to the technical field of circulating
water treatment equipment, in particular to a circulating water physical descaling and filtering integrated device for a regional cooling and
heating system, which comprises a treatment
barrel, a water inlet
pipe, a water outlet and a filter screen, the water inlet
pipe and the water outlet are communicated with the treatment
barrel, and the filter screen is arranged in the treatment
barrel. Circulating water tangentially enters the treatment barrel to form
rotational flow; the water outlet is formed in the top of the treatment barrel and is used for discharging filtered circulating water; and the filter screen is arranged below the water outlet and is used for filtering the circulating water.
Rotational flow is formed in the treatment barrel through the tangential water inlet
pipe, and impurities are separated through
centrifugal force; the filter screen adopts an elastic suspension structure and is matched with a hydraulic-driven
impact mechanism and a rotary scraper, so that the inner wall and the outer wall are synchronously cleaned, and bridging blockage of
dirt is effectively prevented. The
modular design is convenient to maintain, and has the beneficial effects of high efficiency,
energy conservation and no need of external power.
