Wherein, it comprises video server, load balance server, IP disc array, program server and client, while the video server, load balance server, and program server are the main parts of network that connected via kilomega Ethernet exchanger; the IP disc array is connected to the hundred-mega port of exchanger, then via kilomega ascending port to connect the main exchanger. The invention has the advantages that the server not directly operates the flow media document on the memory device, and the data is transmitted by udp protocol, to improve the document manage and transmission efficiency on IP disc; and it uses embedded IP disc as storage node, with low cost and low power consumption; the document is distributed on several network discs, therefore, server can parallel transmit document via network, to improve the I/O property.
