The invention provides a photoelectric collaborative data high-speed switching
system. The photoelectric collaborative data high-speed switching
system comprises an electric
processing unit, an optical switching unit and an optical switching controller, the electric
processing unit receives a data frame, splits the data frame into a plurality of
cell slices, and allocates a cache address to each
cell slice; the optical switching controller receives the request sending message, inquires
wavelength scheduling configuration information according to destination address information in the request sending message, and generates a
wavelength scheduling control instruction; the optical switching unit receives the
wavelength scheduling control instruction, controls the conduction state of the controllable
optical switch array according to the wavelength scheduling control instruction, and establishes an optical channel from a source end to a destination end by using the
wavelength routing characteristic of the
arrayed waveguide grating router; and the electric
processing unit is also integrated with a
remote direct memory access unit which outputs the cache address and the data length of each
cell slice after receiving the sending permission message, so that the target-end electric processing unit directly reads the cell slices from the source-end cache and recombines the cell slices into data frames.
