KEVLAR fiber and a PMI foaming material. The reason of using the two materials is that the two materials have very similar physical characteristics, like high rigidity, high modulus,
low density, high
temperature resistance (-190DEG C-200DEG C) and very low coefficient of
thermal expansion, high
corrosion resistance, and high fatigueresistance; further, the two materials have equal direction
mechanical property, that is,
isotropy. The internal damping can be adjusted, so that the internal damping of the overall diaphragm can beadjusted by changing the density of a rear damping material, then the
resonance property of the composite diaphragm can be changed, the
resonance frequency of the diaphragm is far from the working frequency range, therefore, in the effective working frequency range, segmentation vibration is reduced to the greatest extent, then
distortion is lowered.
