The invention relates to a high-
voltage electric
transmission line pollution-flashover-preventing technology, in particular to an insulation
cleaning agent electrified cleaning method for a 500 kV electric
transmission line tension insulator string. The insulation
cleaning agent electrified cleaning method comprises the steps that a 500 kV electric
transmission line insulation
cleaning agent electrified cleaning device is connected to the ground, and the pumping pressure is set on a high-
voltage cleaning
machine; a cleaning rod is connected with the high-
voltage cleaning
machine, and the cleaning rod is reliably connected to the ground; the cleaning rod is adjusted to enable jet nozzles inside an arc-shaped insulation hood to align at insulators needing to be cleaned; cleaning is conductedfor a round trip at a
constant speed from the high-voltage side to the low-voltage side of the insulator string, and the cleaning rod is manipulated to enable the arc-shaped insulation hood to slideon the insulator string; the cleaning rod is quickly rotated during cleaning, thus liquid columns sweep back and forth on the left sides and the right sides of the insulators, and if the abnormal
electric discharge phenomenon exists in the cleaning process, cleaning needs to be instantly stopped; and the washing time of one single piece of insulator is 4-6 s and is determined according to the
pollution degree. According to the insulation cleaning agent electrified cleaning method, insulation cleaning agent electrified cleaning can be conducted on the 500 kV electric transmission line tension-resistant insulator string,
pollution flashover is avoided, and safety and stability of a
power grid are guaranteed.
