This invention provides a
coal and
gangue separation method and
system based on terahertz technology, belonging to the field of
coal and
gangue separation technology. The
system includes a vibrating screen module, a material arrangement module, a material conveying module, a terahertz
signal acquisition module, a terahertz imaging acquisition module, a
computer processing module, and a separation control module. Raw
coal, after pre-treatment by vibrating screen, is conveyed to the material conveying module. During conveying, the
signal acquisition module and the imaging acquisition module acquire the terahertz time-domain
spectral data and terahertz
imaging data of the material, respectively. The
computer processing module fuses the terahertz time-domain
spectral data and
imaging data to achieve the identification, real-time detection, and positioning of coal and
gangue, and transmits the
relevant information to the separation control module, which drives the corresponding slide plates to complete the coal and gangue
separation process. This invention can safely, effectively, and comprehensively identify and separate coal and gangue, providing a feasible technical path in the field of coal and gangue
separation technology.
