The relays include signal input common ends and normally open ports and normally closed ports for outputting reception signals of the signal input common ends, the connection terminal P2 is connected to signal input common terminals, the normally closed ports are connected to one of the connection terminal P4 and the connection terminal P1, and the normally open ports are connected to the other connection terminal. The cost and interface resources can be saved for the device, one control signal can control multiple signals to be switched at the sametime, and the underwater dedicated double-redundant switching circuit is fast and efficient and has good reliability and applicability.
