The application discloses a face
plastic surgery effect prediction method and
system based on three-dimensional reconstruction, and relates to the technical field of image recognition. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining face original three-dimensional
point cloud data of a
surgery receiver,
surgery adjustment parameters and individual physical parameters; constructing initial
coupling proportion
field data; inputting the
surgery adjustment parameters into a directional stress
release model, combining
skin line direction data to calculate asymmetric stress vector data, and performing spatial orientation correction on the initial
coupling proportion field to obtain asymmetric deformation trend data, which is input into a time rebound prediction model to generate
time evolution prediction data in combination with individual physical parameters and tissue elastic characteristics; limiting local volume increment in the prediction data according to a scar tendency weight, generating target postoperative deformation prediction data, and performing component
decomposition to output multi-dimensional interpretable deformation
decomposition results. The application realizes high-precision and interpretable prediction of the
soft tissue dynamic deformation process of the surgery effect.
