The invention discloses a method for manufacturing an elastic suit for men. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) blending 0.5 to 1.5 percent of spandex fibers in the weft direction of
wool fabric, and blending 2 to 4 percent of spandex fibers in the warp direction of the
wool fabric to realize that the warp and the weft directions of the fabric have proper elasticity; 2) reducing even removing ease part required by
body movement in modeling; 3) manufacturing four
layers for a chest liner, namely a chest cotton layer, a horse hair cloth layer and two black-carbon liners, wherein the black-carbon liners are spliced, the lapel part is manufactured by adopting straight yarns, and the bodice part is manufactured by adopting inclined yarns; and 4) adopting a special secondary
cutting method: unfolding and spreading a rolled fabric on a board, naturally placing for 12 to 18 hours, carrying out primary barren
cutting by using an allowance released model, placing pieces obtained through barren
cutting in a constant-temperature constant-
humidity room for 2 to 3 hours, and taking out for naturally airing, and carrying out secondary cutting by adopting a precise
cut model. The elastic suit manufactured by adopting the method disclosed by the invention has a straight and plump shape and outstanding functions, and fit and flexible in wearing.
