smart classroom guide boards for the corresponding time period; if it finds that there are no classes within the preset time period of the corresponding time period, it turns off the main power,
doors and windows, air conditioner, and face
recognition system of the corresponding classroom; otherwise, it turns them on; compares the faces with the faces of classes that have classes during the corresponding time period, forms the actual number of people present and absent, and obtains the attendance rate of each student; and the
smart classroom guide board of the classroom transmits the attendance rate of the corresponding curriculum to the control terminal via a
local area network communication method. A
system corresponding to this method includes a class schedule information distribution module, an
access control module, and an attendance rate formation module. With this method and
system, if the main control terminal fails, it can quickly switch to an alternative smart classroom guide board as the control terminal, and if a classroom
multimedia failure occurs, it can quickly replace the classroom and notify teachers and students.
