The application provides a preparation method of a
hybrid perovskite solar cell passivated by
sulfaguanidine and 1,3-propanediamine hydroiodide, and relates to the technical field of
perovskite solar cells. The material is used for passivating the PIN type structure
hybrid perovskite solar cell passivation layer. After the preparation of the
hybrid perovskite thin film is completed, a certain concentration of mixed
passivation molecule solution is dynamically spin-coated on the surface. The
passivation molecule is
sulfaguanidine and 1,3-propanediamine hydroiodide. By mixing
sulfaguanidine and 1,3-propanediamine hydroiodide in a certain proportion, the solution spin-
coating method is used to spin-coat on the surface of the perovskite light-absorbing layer. Based on the characteristics of chemical passivation and
field effect passivation, the method can reduce the surface defects of the hybrid perovskite thin film, promote the extraction of carriers, inhibit non-radiative recombination, and improve the
photoelectric conversion efficiency of the hybrid
perovskite solar cell.
