adaptive optimization decision module carries out smooth
processing on a CV / r index through EWMA, predicts network load change through an ARIMA model, carries out logistic mapping on a nonlinear adjustment function, and completes
time sequence perception optimization adjustment. According to the
execution control layer, a constraint feedback
regulator ensures that weight updating is within a constraint range and supports automatic
rollback during exception, and a basic configuration generator achieves configuration issuing of
hardware acceleration and basic
network parameter generation; and the network entity layer is used for receiving configuration data through an
NETCONF protocol, reporting an equipment fault by an SNMP Trap, and cooperating with the
execution control layer to complete closed-loop management from a user demand to
network configuration.
