The first powder includes recycled anode powder selected from the group consisting of recycled carbon powder, silicon powder, silicon oxide powder, carbon-silicon composite material powder, or combinations thereof, and the heat treatment object includes at least a portion of a waste lithium-ion secondary battery or wastes generated during a process of manufacturing the lithium-ion secondary battery or a process of manufacturing the anode material.
