halogen lamp encapsulation structure, a clamping base is embedded in a flat groove in the top of a lamp fixing
barrel, a
halogen lamp is inserted in a center hole of the clamping base, a filament is parallel with the connection line at the bottom ends of two lamp feet, and the distance from the filament to the inner surface of a
flange plate at the bottom of the lamp fixing
barrel is equal to the distance from a
flange installation surface of a
light source base to the
optical axis of a lens
assembly. The encapsulation tool is formed by stacking a
halogen lamp tool clamping base, a
halogen lamp clamping base and a
halogen lamp tool bottom plate. The encapsulation method includes the steps that the clamping base is embedded in a through hole of the halogen lamp tool clamping base, the bottom surface of the clamping base is pressed on the halogen lamp clamping base on the lower layer, a lamp body of a halogen lamp is inserted into the clamping base, and the lamp feet penetrate through two holes in a groove of the halogen lamp clamping base and abut against the halogen lamp tool bottom plate at the bottom. After the lamp body fixed to the clamping base is installed, the distance between the filament and the inner surface of the
flange plate at the bottom of the lamp fixing
barrel is guaranteed, so that the halogen lamp encapsulation structure does not need to be adjusted complicatedly when installed, position accuracy of the filament is guaranteed, and the halogen lamp encapsulation structure is easy to encapsulate by means of the encapsulation tool.
