The wet-conducting and breathable woolen fabric comprises a cotton cloth, wherein the two sides of the cotton cloth are provided with cloth edges which are closely attached with the cotton cloth; satins are arranged at the right sides of the cloth edges, and are uniformly distributed on the cotton cloth; a wear-resistant layer is arranged at the bottom part of the cotton cloth and is fixedly connected with the cotton cloth; and polyester taffeta is arranged under the wear-resistant layer and is vertical to the wear-resistant layer. The wet-conducting and breathable woolen fabric disclosed by the invention has the advantages that due to coatings, the surface pores of the woolen fabric are closed or enlarged to a certain extent by an additive in the coatings, air flow on the surface of the woolen fabric is effectively controlled, and the benefit for enhancing the breathability of the woolen fabric is achieved; an oil-stain resistant layer generates chemical reaction with oil stains to form a layer of protective film, so that the oil-stain resistant effect is achieved; and the wet-conducting and quickly-drying fiber is adhered at the inner part of the cotton cloth, is rapidly diffused, is further conveyed to outer-layer fibers of the fabric and is evaporated in the outer-layer fiber, so that the wet-conducting property of the fabric is improved.
