The invention discloses a self-lubricating gear shaft which comprises a main shaft rod, an axial flow wind disc, a sliding ring set, a
grinding ring sleeve and a self-lubricating
assembly. A shaft hole is formed in the main shaft rod, axial flow wind discs are installed at the two ends of the main shaft rod, opposite
airflow is formed in the shaft hole in the rotating process, and suction, flow guiding and directional discharging of
graphite dust are achieved in cooperation with the flow inlet gaps, the
chip removal flow channels and the
chip removal holes. The sliding ring set is fixedly connected with the
grinding ring sleeve and supports the
grinding ring sleeve to rotate on the surface of the self-lubricating
assembly, and the inner wall of the grinding ring sleeve is of a
rough surface structure and continuously rubs with
graphite sliding flaps of the self-lubricating
assembly to generate lubricating dust. The
graphite sliding flaps are kept attached under the radial
extrusion action of the tensioner, and continuous generation of lubricating dust is guaranteed. And the rotary guide part arranged on the surface of the main shaft rod can guide the
airflow, so that the escaping dust is re-attached and recycled. According to the structure, automatic generation and uniform distribution of lubricating dust are achieved, manual filling or external
oil supply is avoided, the lubricating
automation level of the gear shaft is improved, abrasion is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
