The method is characterized in that a main transform plane of delta construction and destruction is put forward firstly; and the sedimentary period of the delta is divided into a delta construction period and a delta destruction period based on the delta sedimentary effect for the first time. On the basis of the core, welllogging, logging, and seismic data, precision improvement is realized step by step; the position of the main transform plane of delta construction and destruction is determined comprehensively; and the data reliability and precision are high.
