The invention relates to a separating and recycling device for non-twist woven fabric and belongs to spinning machinery. The separating and recycling device is composed of a rack, a cloth roll bracket, a cloth roll roller, a cloth feeding plate, a cloth guiding block, a cloth feeding roller, a guiding-in device, a roller-type separating device, a comb row, a blanking platform, a fiber collection chamber, a dust cage, an air suction fan and a case. Size of the guiding-in port of the guiding-in device is controllable, so that tension of cloth fed to the non-twist woven fabric can be controlled effectively, and convenience is brought to inserting of the comb row. A needle row is embedded, so that convenience is brought to replacement; an included angle between a comb needle and the outer wall face of a roller is 30-45 degrees, so that the comb needle has enough force to be inserted into the non-twist woven fabric, and convenience is brought to separation; a comb plate on the comb row is meshed with the comb needle in the needle row, and fiber on the comb row is removed efficiently, so that load of the roller-type separating device is relieved. The separating and recycling device is simple and convenient to operate, high in separation efficiency, little in damage to fiber, high in recycling value and suitable for separating and recycling of the non-twist woven fabric.
