The drilling
machine comprises a
machine body and a spray head, vertical plates are arranged on the two sides of the upper portion of the
machine body, a collecting groove is formed under a through groove, a water tank is arranged on the rear side of the machine body, a water pump is arranged above the water tank, the water inlet end of the water pump is connected with the water outlet end of the water tank, and the water inlet end of the water pump is connected with the water outlet end of the water tank. The water outlet end of the water pump is connected with a water injection
pipe, a corrugated
pipe is arranged on a part of the water injection
pipe, and a spray head is arranged at the output end of the water injection pipe. The water tank arranged on the rear side of the machine body and the water pump and the water injection pipe which are connected with the water tank are matched with the corrugated pipe and the sprayers to form a complete cooling
system, and particularly, the two sprayers are located on the left side and the right side of the
drill bit, so that cooling water can be uniformly and fully sprayed on the
drill bit, and the
cooling effect is improved. Cooling
liquid water can effectively reduce heat generated in the high-speed rotating and drilling process of the
drill bit, heat abrasion is reduced, and therefore the service life of the
drill bit is prolonged.
