treatment system for drilling mud wastes of an oil and gas field. The
treatment system comprises a base, wherein the base is sequentially provided with a
coal powder cabin, a material cabin, a
combustion room, a dust removing purifier and a
tail gas purification
tower, wherein an outlet of the
coal powder cabin is connected with a
coal powder inlet of the
combustion room through a coal powder conveying pipeline; the outlet of the material cabin is connected with a material inlet of the
combustion room through a material conveying pipeline; a gas outlet of the combustion room is connected with a gas inlet of the dust removing purifier; a draught fan is arranged between the dust removing purifier and the
tail gas purification
tower; a gas outlet of the dust removing purifier is connected with the gas inlet of the draught fan; the gas outlet of the draught fan is connected with the gas inlet of the
tail gas purification
tower; and an up-to-standard gas exhausting hole is formed in the upper part of the tail gas purification tower. The
treatment system disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high treatment efficiency, good stability, simplicity in operation, small occupied area and convenience for transportation; and the treatment
system can be in complete
butt joint with drilling mud
waste production equipment, so that the mud wastes completely do not fall onto the ground, and furthermore, the ambient environment of drilling operation is protected, and national emission standards are met.
