The invention relates to a gas measuring apparatus, which comprises an infrared methane sensor, an infrared carbon dioxide sensor, an electrochemical oxygen sensor, an electrochemical carbon oxide sensor, a CPU (central processing unit) control circuit, an alarming device, a battery, a voltage stabilizing circuit and an infrared receiving circuit, wherein an electric signal collected by the sensor device is transmitted to the CPU control circuit to be processed, and the alarming device is triggered when the processing result shows the existence of a safety potential danger. The invention also provides a voltage stabilizing circuit and a gas calibrating device. By adopting the technical scheme, the measuring range of the gas can be enlarged; the battery voltage can provide power supply source power for the measuring apparatus in any state that the battery stage is higher than, lower than or equal to the output voltage, even when the storage battery is almost completely discharged, the stable output voltage still can be guaranteed; and the control data is transmitted by utilizing the infrared remote controller to control the calibrating process of the measuring apparatus, and a sealed container which is fulfilled with the toxic gas is unnecessary to open, the contact of toxic gas can be efficiently avoided, and the leakage of the toxic gas can be efficiently prevented.
