A resonant frequency tracking method and device for an ozone generator power supply

The invention provides a resonant frequency tracking method and device for an ozone generator power supply. The method comprises acquiring an acoustic wave signal in a discharge chamber of an ozone generator and working frequency of an ozone generator power supply so that the resonant frequency of the discharge chamber and the working frequency of the ozone generator power supply are monitored, and if the working frequency of the ozone generator power supply and the resonant frequency of the discharge chamber are different, adjusting the working frequency of the ozone generator power supply sothat the working frequency of the ozone generator power supply is the same to the resonant frequency of the discharge chamber. The method and device can determine if the discharge chamber is in a resonant state through the acoustic wave signal in the discharge chamber and the working frequency of the ozone generator power supply, and if the discharge chamber is in a resonant state, the working frequency of the ozone generator power supply is adjusted so that the working frequency of the ozone generator power supply is the same to the resonant frequency of the discharge chamber. The method anddevice are simple, safe and efficient and realize the maximum ozone yield in a complicated and changeable environment.
