An electric power monitoring system includes a source monitor for measuring momentary power output of an electric source supplying electric power to a power distribution system having at least one electric load. The momentary power output is compared with a reference load capability for the electric source to determine the ability of the electric source to support additional load, and load capability data is transmitted based on the load capability. At least one load control receives the transmitted load capability data and controls the supply of power to the at least one corresponding electric load based on the load capability data.

A second set of data is transmitted to the remote device that causes the user interface to dynamically add a new function from the set of functions to the user interface based on the interaction data, wherein the new function is displayed as a selectable item in the user interface that the user can select to use a function associated with the new function.

For example, the system includes a memory comprising a fare table, wherein the fare table includes a plurality of travel markets each associated with a fare and at least one rule. The system also includes at least one processing element configured to estimate a seat value for at least one itinerary comprising at least one flight in response to a request from a user. Each estimated seat value is based on at least one fare within the fare table that satisfies at least one associated rule within the fare table.

Methods and systems are provided for suppressing speckle and/or diffraction artifacts in coherent structured illumination sensing systems. A coherent radiation pattern forms an interference pattern at an illumination image plane and illuminates an object. Radiation scattered or otherwise emitted by the object is detected to produce a signal, which is integrated in time. Coherent artifact suppression is attained by using a spatial modulator, such as an acousto-optic device, to vary a phase gradient at the illumination image plane during the signal integration time. Various embodiments are provided for purposes including without limitation: preserving the depth of field of the coherent illumination; using the same acousto-optic device for pattern generation and coherent artifact suppression; electronically controlling the effective spatial coherence of the illumination system; and reducing errors due to coherent artifacts in a laser-based three dimensional imaging system.

The present invention provides a wraparound lacing system for use in all manner of footwear. The lacing system includes a lace which encircles the upper and midsole of the article of footwear in a spiral, helical, coiled or similar wound wraparound pattern. The upper includes finger members which independently adjust to the contours of the wearer's foot while providing a snug and secure fit. The upper and midsole are integrally formed as a unitary structure. The housing of the upper and the midsole includes channels therein which receive the wraparound lace. The lace can be affixed at one or both ends to the midsole or to the upper. Removable lace end keepers on the upper permit the user to adjust the length of the lace.

An integrated circuit (12) contains a serializing transmitter, including a phase locked loop (31) that supplies seven clocks (41) with different phases to a serializer circuit (32). The combined washer dryer comprises an outer drum; a rotatable cylindrical variable size inner drum arranged coaxially within the outer drum and movable from a first position to a second position; a water handling system adapted to intake water into the inner drum and to remove water from the outer drum; an air handling system adapted to intake air into the inner drum and to remove air from the outer drum; and a control system adapted to control the movement of the variable size inner drum.

In an exemplary embodiment, a scenario editor comprises means for creating, editing, and storing business rules, rule groups, and in a database; and means for creating links among selected business rules, rule groups, and scenarios, such that changes to a first business rule, rule group, or scenario are reflected in a second business rule, rule group, or scenario linked to the first. In further embodiments, the scenario editor further comprises means for associating a scenario with a particular time period. In a further exemplary embodiment, a scenario-management system comprises a central database of business rules, and a processor configured to identify an active scenario, create a list of rule IDs corresponding to the business rules associated with the active scenario, and pass the list of rule IDs to a resource-allocation module.
