The invention relates to an attention training method and system based on cooperative control of breathing and force tactile sense. By combining the characteristic of paying attention to body breathing during meditation with the characteristic of paying attention to muscle strength control by a force tactile sense channel, visual detection of an attention state in a training process is realized bya synchronism error between a breathing signal and a force tactile sensor signal. The training method comprises four subtasks. The training difficulties of the four subtasks are in turn increasing, and can be separately trained or progressively trained. An attention training system for implementing the attention training method is also provided. The attention training is completed by the continuous cooperative control of the breathing and the force tactile sensor, and the attention focusing state in the training is reflected by the synchronism error between the breathing signal and a muscle strength output signal; when the calculated synchronism error exceeds a specified threshold value, the system sounds an alarm reflecting a low attention level; meanwhile, the design of the progressivestage subtasks is favorable for maintaining the enthusiasm and attention of a user for the training, so that the attention adjustment ability of target people is improved.

The method comprises the following steps of flatly placing a liquid level sensor on a light-transmitting plate, placing a sample above the liquid level sensor, and conveying simulated sweat containing an ultraviolet fluorescent indicator to the surface of the sample; meanwhile, triggering a signal transmitter to send pulse signals to an irradiation device and an industrial camera serving as an image acquisition device so that the irradiation device and the industrial camera emit ultraviolet strong pulse light at the same frequency to irradiate the light-transmitting plate from the lower part of the light-transmitting plate and acquire images from the lower side of the light-transmitting plate; and collecting light spots according to time intervals to form an image sequence, acquiring an array of the area of the light spots after processing, setting the first derivative of the array to time to be the change speed of the size of the light spots, and using the change speed of the size of the light spots for judging the sweat discharging capacity of a sample. The one-way sweat guiding performance of the fabric is measured through a liquid water permeation capacity, and the relation between the related performance of the fabric and the comfort of the human body is reflected more scientifically and reasonably.
