cloud computing data center energy consumption optimization method based on multi-region division. Firstly, all hosts of the
cloud computing data center are subjected to data collection, obtained data are subjected to sorting preprocessing, and then the sorted hosts are divided into a
high load area, a middle load area and a
low load area according to the load size. For a high-load area, a high-load host migration strategy is provided, and the balance of the host load is realized through migration of the
virtual machine, so that the problem that the
energy consumption is greatly increased due to overhigh host load is solved. In addition, for a low-load host area, a low-load host migration strategy is provided, a host no-load state is realized by migrating out the
virtual machine, and the no-load host is adjusted to be in a dormant state, so that the
total energy consumption of the
cloud computing data center is further reduced. According to the cloud computing data center
energy consumption optimization method based on multi-region division provided by the invention, the energy consumption of the cloud computing data center can be effectively reduced, the emission of
carbon dioxide is reduced, and a large amount of energy is saved.
