Finally, principal component analysis and partial least squares discriminant analysis were used to analyze the fingerprint spectra based on the antioxidant active components of Ganoderma lucidum for standard Ganoderma lucidum, Ganoderma sinense, Ganoderma applanatum, Ganoderma lucidum var. truncatum, and sample Ganoderma lucidum, respectively, achieving the identification of Ganoderma lucidum varieties.
