Multi-Fluid Dispensing Self Service Station

PendingUS20260065736A1Cleaning apparatus for vehicle interiorsCleaning apparatus for vehicle exteriorsWindshield washing solutionSpray bottle
A multi-fluid dispenser self service station for automotive cleaning. The system dispenses both a windshield washer fluid and a vehicle interior fluid. The combination of both dispensers allows one to properly clean the windshield and clean the interior of one's vehicle without the need for an attendant. The system provides the user with high quality windshield washer fluid and vehicle interior cleaning solution. The system includes a receptacle, a first and second blend center unit, and a first and second HID. The first blend center unit and the first HID work in tandem to dispense windshield washer solution. Similarly, the second blend center unit and the second HID work in tandem to dispense a cleaning solution for cleaning the vehicle interior. Both types of fluids can be dispensed either in a dispensing container or a spray bottle. The system uses simple, user-interactive, and cost-effective technologies to provide a user-friendly experience.

Bio-based environment-friendly windshield cleaning fluid

The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile chemicals, and particularly relates to bio-based environment-friendly windshield cleaning fluid. Comprising 10%-35% of hyperbranched polyglycerol functionalized by a hydrophobic group, 5%-25% of a bio-based eutectic solvent, 0.5%-5% of a composite bio-based surfactant, 0.1%-1.0% of a bio-based chelating agent, 0.05%-0.5% of a proteolytic enzyme preparation, 0.1%-0.5% of a pH buffer agent, 0.05%-0.2% of a preservative and the balance of deionized water. By the adoption of the technical scheme, efficient cleaning and low-temperature anti-freezing performance on complex dirt can be achieved, meanwhile, damage to materials such as rubber and paint surfaces is avoided, a complete bio-based source and high biodegradability are achieved, and environmental friendliness and material safety are remarkably improved.

Windscreen wiper system for vehicles

The windshield wiper system is constructed somewhat differently, and its operation also differs from that of conventional windshield wipers. Here, the windshield washer nozzles are used to remove dirt from the windshield directly with a high-pressure water jet. The high-pressure nozzles are installed in the same location as the conventional washer nozzles. Unlike statically mounted nozzles, these are electrically movable or rotatable. The pressure is generated by a high-pressure pump. Another design utilizes a high-pressure generator that, through the ignition of oxyhydrogen gas, produces an extremely high pressure pulse, which propels the windshield washer fluid through the nozzles in the form of a wide and very thin high-pressure jet. The dust particles and water from the windshield are removed solely by these high-pressure water jets. The pressure pulses are delivered at a high repetition rate, so that dozens or more high-pressure water jet pulses hit the windshield every second. This high repetition rate means that the dirt particles or water are subjected to extremely high pressure.
