pipe in the first storey is fixed in a prefabricated concrete
pier; a concrete fixing
pier is poured on a bent
pipe at the junction of the horizontal pump
pipe of the first storey and a vertical pump pipe, and the bent pipe is wrapped and fixed, so that vibration is reduced, and the bent pipe is firmer; the vertical pump pipe adheres to a wall so as to be fixed through a triangular shaping steel support, the portion where the vertical pump pipe is fixed is the
flange connection portion of the pump pipes, and thus the
vertical vibration and gravity of the pump pipes can be borne; supports are welded to embedded iron parts in the wall, a
rubber ring is placed on each angle steel support and used for eliminating the horizontal
height difference of the supports and achieving buffering during pumping; and holes are reserved when the vertical pump pipe penetrates through the
floor slab. Compared with a traditional installation method, the construction period is shortened, the safety is improved, construction is easy and convenient, and vibration and
noise are reduced; and compared with a traditional fixing method through shaped embedded
welding component hoops, the pump pipes are firmer, the safety is higher, the overall stability of the pump pipes is enhanced, the heavy gravity of the pump pipes and concrete is reduced, and the installation method is more reasonable and scientific.
