The invention provides an air conditioning comfortableness control system of a hybrid car based on a start-stop mode, comprising an air conditioning controller, an outside temperature sensor, an evaporimeter temperature sensor, a heating ventilation air conditioning assembly, an engine control unit ECU, an engine and a compressor. The air conditioning controller determines whether the hybrid car is permitted to idling halt or not through the judgment of the inside climate comfortableness. When an air conditioning system is permitted to idling halt, under the situation that other conditions are met, the engine is controlled to halt by the engine control unit; when the air conditioning system is not permitted to idling halt, the engine is not controlled to halt by the engine control unit, when the engine is already halted, the engine is controlled to restart by the engine control unit, and the compressor is started to lead the air conditioning system to go on working to keep the inside climate comfortableness. The air conditioning comfortableness control system is improved based on the traditional car air conditioning system, the structure is simple and the cost is low.
