piston is fixedly connected with a linkage rod, and the linkage rod is fixedly connected with the conveying track. When the temperature of the sand box is reduced to the set temperature, the
air temperature of the corresponding area is measured as the standard
air temperature, the real-time
air temperature of the corresponding area in the
cooling channel is sensed through mercury in the temperature measuring cylinder, the real-time air temperature is compared with the standard air temperature, when the real-time air temperature is larger than the standard air temperature, the linkage block is separated from the fan switch, and the fan switch is switched off. The fan body operates; when the real-time air temperature is smaller than the standard air temperature, the linkage block abuts against the fan switch, and the fan body stops running. And after the temperature of the sand box is reduced to a set value, a subsequent
fan in the conveying direction does not need to be started. The cooling device has the effect of reducing the
energy loss of the
brake disc blank
casting in the cooling process.
