A second-stage fermentation tank is further fermented by medium-temperature fermentation, and the organic matter in the water is fully converted into the biogas, so that the effluent of the biogas fermentation tank is improved, the organic matter content in the effluent is reduced to below 2-5%, and the reuse rate of the wastewater produced by the cellulosic ethanol is greatly improved.
