The invention belongs to the technical field of 
visible light communication and particularly relates to a 
visible light communication multiple access implementation method and 
system based on 
subcarrier modulation. The method and 
system are mainly based on the 
subcarrier modulation technology and the band splitting technology, multi-order encoding with high spectrum efficiency is utilized, and high-speed multiple access based on the 
visible light communication is achieved through the 
bandwidth allocation scheme with optimized configuration. The visible light communication multiple access implementation 
system comprises a high-order coding modulation module, a 
subcarrier modulation module, a photoelectric 
detector, a digital band-pass filter, a channel 
estimation module and a decoding module, wherein the high-order coding modulation module and the subcarrier modulation module are connected with the sending end in sequence; the photoelectric 
detector, the digital band-pass filter, the channel 
estimation module and the decoding module are connected with the receiving end in sequence. On the condition of ensuring the coverage area, the high-speed visible light communication multiple access with the wholly covered spectrum resources, the high spectrum efficiency and the exclusive user bandwidth is achieved.
