collaboration index does not reach the preset target, iterating the tuning parameters until the target is met; according to the method, a rigid-flexible decoupling
simulation model and a hierarchical closed-
loop optimization strategy are provided, bearing, sealing and water guiding performance are evaluated cooperatively, manual
trial and error are replaced, and the design efficiency and economical efficiency are remarkably improved.
