The invention discloses a comprehensive fluorescent and super-resolution 
microscopic imaging device. According to the invention, firstly, a 
light beam is divided into four symmetrical beams of light paths through three polarization 
beam splitters. Secondly, after the propagation angle and the position of the beams are modulated by a 4f-vibration mirror 
system, the light beams are combined through two 
beam splitters. Thirdly, the light beams are transmitted to the back focal plane of a 
microscope objective in the convergence manner through a 4f 
system. Finally, the four light beams are shot onto a sample in the parallel manner through the 
microscope objective and the beam interference occurs. Through the position adjustment of a 
shutter, a vortex 
phase plate and a scanning vibration mirror in the four beams of light paths, the latticed interference 
structure type light illumination mode, the horizontal strip-shaped interference 
structure type light illumination mode and the longitudinal strip-shaped interference 
structure type light illumination mode can be formed. Meanwhile, the light period, the phase and the direction of each structure can be arbitrarily and quickly adjusted. The device can realize the functions of
