In the method, different culture solutions are dropped and irrigated or sprayed to the mother plants and the daughter plants in different periods, which not only causes little waste on the used culture solutions but also is suitable for the mother plants and the daughter plants to grow. The fruited strawberry seedlings have the advantages of complete and developed roots, strong stem bases and high carbohydrate content.

The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a rapid external carbon source through cassava ethanol wastewater. The method is characterized in that the key factor, reaction temperature and pH (Potential of Hydrogen) in the anaerobic fermentation of the cassava ethanol wastewater are controlled on the basis of the characteristics of the cassava ethanol wastewater of high carbohydrate content and relatively low nitrogen and phosphorus contents, so as to realize the purpose of converting an organic matter into volatile fatty acids to the maximum; the volatile acid content in the fermentation broth (based on COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand)) accounts for 70 to 80% of the SCOD (Soluble Chemical Oxygen Demand); the volatile acid mainly comprises the components namely acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid. Compared with sludge hydrolyzed acidifying carbon source, the rapid external carbon source has the advantages that the volatile fatty acids in the fermentation broth is at high concentration, and the fermentation broth is high in nitrogen and phosphorus contents and can be directly used as the external carbon source used for nitrogen and phosphorus removal in urban sewage treatment.

The invention discloses a method for relieving inhibition of high-concentration ammonium nitrogen in soil on growth of wheat at the seedling stage. The method comprises the following steps of (1) 1 to 14 days after applying a fertilizer to a wheat field, selecting rhizosphere soil of wheat seedlings, and detecting the ammonium ion concentration of the rhizosphere soil of the wheat; and (2) determining the application amount of a water-soluble potash fertilizer applied to the wheat field per mu according to the ammonium ion concentration value detected in the step (1) so as to prevent or relieve the inhibition of the high-concentration ammonium nitrogen in the soil on the growth of the wheat at the seedling stage, wherein the water-soluble potash fertilizer is selected from but not limited to potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium monohydrogen phosphate, potassium phosphate, potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, amino acid potassium salt, potassium fulvate and potassium humate. According to the method, by enhancing the photosynthesis of the wheat and improving the carbohydrate synthesis capacity, the accumulation of ammonium radicals (NH4 +) is reduced, and the balance of plant hormones in roots is promoted, so that the inhibition of the high-concentration ammonium nitrogen in the soil on the growth of the wheat at the seedling stage is prevented or relieved.
