A testing assembly, a dust input assembly, a dust output assembly and a breathing simulation assembly are arranged in a machine body, the testing assembly comprises a test box, a head mold and a pressure sensor, and the two sides of the test box are connected with the dust input assembly and the dust output assembly respectively; a mask is worn on a head mold in the test box, a breathing area is formed between the mask and the head mold, the breathing simulation assembly comprises a breathing machine, a first connecting tube, a second connecting tube, a third connecting tube and a temperature and humidity control system, the breathing machine is communicated with the breathing area through the first connecting tube, and the breathing machine is connected with the temperature and humidity control system through the second connecting tube; and the temperature and humidity control system is communicated with the breathing area through the third connecting tube, a collecting tube on the pressure sensor extends into the breathing area after passing through the head mold, a probe is arranged in the test box, a dust tester connected with the probe is arranged outside the test box, and the dust output assembly comprises an exhaust fan and a flow meter. According to the invention, the blocking test can be better carried out on the mask.
