Blood return prevention monitoring device for PICC (peripherally inserted central catheter)

ActiveCN224207176Ushorten the lengthCatheterFlow monitorsVeinOcclusion catheter
The utility model discloses a blood return prevention monitoring device for a PICC (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter), and belongs to the technical field of PICC. Comprising a blocking catheter, the two ends of the blocking catheter are fixedly connected with an injection connecting pipe and a catheter connecting pipe respectively, the injection connecting pipe is used for being connected with an injector, the catheter connecting pipe is used for being connected with a venous indwelling catheter, a one-way valve structure is arranged in the blocking catheter, and when blood returns to the venous indwelling catheter, reverse pressure exists in the catheter, and the blood returns to the catheter. A blocking ball is pushed by resistance of a second spring to seal an injection connecting pipe, injection one-way conduction and blood return blocking effects are formed, a piston block extrudes a first spring along an L-shaped cavity due to reverse pressure in a catheter during blood return, a push rod is forced to push a resistor block to move along a resistor disc, the actual length of the two cables electrically connected with the resistor disc is reduced, and the service life of the two cables is prolonged. The resistance monitor can monitor the blood return phenomenon of the venous indwelling catheter, and can send out a blood return alarm instruction in time to remind medical staff to deal with the blood return phenomenon in time.

A left atrial appendage occlusion device for open surgery and methods of use

ActiveCN117159071BLeft atrial appendage occlusionInternal fixation
The application discloses a left auricle occluder for direct vision surgery, which belongs to the technical field of medical devices, and comprises a closing disc and an occluder. The lower end of the occluder is fixedly provided with an upper connecting pipe. The upper middle of the closing disc is fixedly provided with a lower connecting pipe. The middle of the lower connecting pipe and the upper connecting pipe is provided with a fixing cavity. The fixing cavity in the lower connecting pipe is fixedly provided with an extension pipe. The extension pipe extends to the upper side of the lower connecting pipe. The extension pipe is screw-connected with the fixing cavity of the upper connecting pipe. The upper end of the extension pipe is fixedly provided with an upper tooth. The upper end of the driving rod extends to the occluder. The upper end of the driving rod is fixedly connected with an upper screw rod. The upper screw rod is screw-connected with a dilating disc. The closing disc and the occluder can be automatically adjusted when being introduced into the atrium of a patient, so that the occluder is introduced into the atrium of the patient.

Closure tool system for attaching a valved stopper to a syringe barrel

PendingJP2026518348AInfusion syringesMedical devicesTube closureMechanics
This specification provides a vent tube closure system for positioning a stopper within a syringe barrel. The system includes a vent tube insertable into the chamber of a syringe barrel, the vent tube having an internal volume configured to contain a stopper in a compressed state. The system also includes a mounting rod movable within the internal volume of the vent tube, the mounting rod being operable to push the stopper distally out of the vent tube and into the syringe barrel. The distal end of the mounting rod is provided with a shoulder and a tip extending distally from the shoulder. When pushing the stopper distally out of the vent tube, the tip engages with the bottom surface of the stopper's cavity to apply a first pressure, and the shoulder engages with the proximal surface of the stopper to apply a second pressure.

Anti-backdrive mechanism for vessel sealing instrument

PendingUS20250288348A1DiagnosticsSurgical instruments for heatingVessel sealingDrive shaft
A vessel sealing instrument includes a housing having a shaft extending from a distal end thereof, the distal end including an end effector assembly having a pair of opposing jaw members operably coupled thereto. One or both of the jaw members is moveable between open and closed positions for clamping tissue with a closure pressure. One or both of the jaw members connects to a generator that provides energy thereto in accordance with a sealing algorithm upon activation thereof. An anti-backdrive mechanism is coupled to the end effector assembly and includes a drive shaft coupled at one end to a solenoid and another end that engages one of the jaw members upon extension thereof to provide additional closure pressure between the jaw members. The drive shaft is extendible by the solenoid to extend the drive shaft in response to tissue expansion during sealing based on the sealing algorithm.

Capillary tube closure

A closure adapted for insertion in a tube having a first end and an opposed second end and a bore extending therethrough. The tube adapted to draw a liquid into the tube by virtue of capillary action. The closure at least partially insertable in the first end and adapted to be slidably movable between a first position and a third position. The closure includes a substantially cylindrical body having an outer surface and a proximal end adapted to be inserted inside the bore and a distal end in close proximity with the first end. The body having a plurality of channels extending along the outer surface between the proximal end and the distal end, and a seal region extending along a periphery of the outer surface between the distal end and the plurality of channels.
