The present disclosure provides a control adjustment method and
system for reducing the vibration of a medium-speed
coal mill, which comprises the following steps: during the operation of the medium-speed
coal mill, the vibration value, the loading force, the current output, the separator speed and the
coal mill ventilation are acquired in real time; it is judged whether the vibration value is less than the
vibration threshold value, if yes, the running parameters of the coal mill are kept; otherwise, the loading force is controlled to be reduced to obtain the vibration value after the loading force is adjusted, if the vibration value after the loading force is adjusted is less than the
vibration threshold value, the running parameters of the coal mill are kept; if the vibration value after the loading force is adjusted is greater than or equal to the
vibration threshold value, it is judged whether the loading force is reduced by a first preset proportion, if not, the loading force is continuously controlled to be reduced to reacquire the vibration value after the loading force is adjusted for judgment; if yes, the current output, the separator speed and the coal mill ventilation are controlled to be adjusted to realize the control adjustment of the vibration of the medium-speed coal mill. According to the method of the present disclosure, the vibration of the medium-speed coal mill can be reduced, and the
safe operation of the equipment is ensured.
