The method comprises the following steps: monitoring urban environmental quality by using a humidity sensor,a temperature sensor, a sulfur dioxide sensor and a nitrogen dioxide sensor, at the same time, setting a vibration sensor in an environmental monitoring system preventing man-made interference, whenthe measured vibration value is greater than a preset vibration threshold, controlling, by a central processor, a signal trigger to send an image collection trigger signal to an image collection device, starting collecting, by the image collection device, image information around the environmental monitoring system preventing man-made interference, performing image processing on the image around the environmental monitoring system preventing man-made interference collected by the image collection device, transmitting the processed image to the central processor, and judging, by the central processor, whether the environmental monitoring system preventing man-made interference runs in the presence of man-made interference according to the received image information output by the image processing device, if so, sending, by an alarm device, alarm information.
