The invention relates to the technical field of wharf conveying machinery, particularly to an oil drum carrying device comprising a bottom plate for placing an oil drum and a supporting plate for supporting the oil drum. The bottom plate is movably connected with the supporting plate. The oil drum carrying device further comprises a control assembly for controlling the supporting plate to incline,a supporting frame for limiting the oil drum and foot supports for keeping the device balanced in the inclining process of the supporting plate. A movable end of the control assembly is connected with the supporting plate and a fixed end of the control assembly is connected with the bottom plate, and the supporting frame is arranged at the bottom of the supporting plate. The control assembly cancontrol the inclination angle of the supporting plate at will and the gravity center position of the oil drum is lowered, so that more labor and time are saved when the oil drum carrying device is moved. The oil drum can be protected and limited through the arrangement of the supporting frame and the boss of the bottom plate, the oil drum is prevented from moving freely in the carrying process, the gravity center of the oil drum is stabilized, the oil drum is prevented from rolling down, damage to the oil drum is avoided, and the working efficiency is improved.
