handle (3), controlling panels (4); the
handle (3) is of a cavity structure; the sleeve (1) comprises an inner
pipe (11) and an outer
pipe (12); the inner
pipe (11) is connected with the outer pipe (12) in a movable mode; a clamping groove is formed in an internal port of the inner pipe (11), and the clamping groove is electrically connected with the controlling panel (4) through wires; the electrodes (2) are mounted in the clamping groove; and discharging ports of the electrodes (2) extend outside a port of the sleeve (1). The intra-operative dissector has the beneficial effects that a low temperature coagulating and
cutting mixed mode is achieved, and high temperature damage is avoided on the premise of not affecting the
cutting effect; by the arrangement of the clamping groove, different usage of the electrodes can be changed rapidly in an operation; no battery is arranged in a lighting device, so that
pollution caused by a battery to the intra-operative dissector is effectively prevented, and
electromagnetic interference caused by the lighting device to the controlling plates can also be removed; and a
smoke guiding pipe is arranged, and therefore, multiple functions of pumping out
smoke, pumping out percolate, leading in
argon and leading in cleaning solutions by externally connecting different equipment can be achieved.
