test sample in a high-pressure kettle at different strain rates; the hydrochemical
control system is used for controlling hydrochemical parameters of the high-temperature high-pressure circulating water
system; the loading
monitoring system is used for regulating and recording a stretch curve of the
test sample in the kettle; the
test sample in the high-pressure kettle is fixedly arranged on a fixture; the fixture is connected to the upper end of a loading shaft, and an adapter
coupling device is connected to the lower end of the loading shaft; a stretching tester is connected to the lower end of the adapter
coupling device, and is used for realizing the slow
strain rate loading of the test sample. According to the device and the method, the stress
corrosion of a material can be tested in a high-temperature high-pressure circulating
water environment, and the problems of complex structure, troublesome maintenance and the like in the prior art are solved.
