The method comprises the following steps: 1, sample preparation: adding Chinese pothos herb powder into a test tube, adding a proper amount of a methanol solution, immersing for 24h, carrying out ultrasonic concussion for 40min, cooling, shaking up, carrying out coarse filtration, and filtering by using a microporous filtering membrane to obtain a sample solution; and 2, high performance liquid chromatography detection conditions: carrying out high performance liquid chromatography detection on the sample solution according to the following conditions: the chromatographic column uses octadecyl silane chemically bonded silica as a filler, the mobile phase is acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid, the sample introduction amount is 10-25muL, a gradient elution mode is adopted, the detection wavelength is 310nm, the flow velocity is 0.8mL / min, and the column temperature is 20-35DEG C in order to obtain the Chinese pothos herb fingerprint. The Chinese pothos herb fingerprint established in the invention can be used for effectively monitoring the quality of Chinese pothos herb and identifying the truth of Chinese pothos herb.
