The invention relates to the technical field of forming equipment, in particular to a thermal static-pressure forming device. The device comprises a pressurization mechanism, a mold, a heating mechanism and a heat insulated box. Pulley assemblies distributed in bilateral symmetry are included in the pressurization mechanism. Multiple weights, a weight bearing plate, a pulley set and fixed pulleysare included in each pulley assembly. A pulley set moving assembly and a pulley set fixed assembly are sequentially arranged in each pulley set from inside to outside. Under gravity device of the weights, thin steel wire ropes drive the assemblies and the fixed pulleys, and an upper pressure plate is driven to move downwards. In the mold, a mold upper press plate and multiple long-strip-shaped side plates are detachably connected in a sealed manner to form a closed box body, the mold is mounted at the center position of the cylinder of a heating furnace, and the heating furnace is transverselyplaced in the heat insulated box. According to the thermal static-pressure forming device, through application of the pulley sets, the pulleys are prevented from getting stuck, power is provided by increasing or decreasing the number of the weights to achieve constant pressurization, stability and accuracy of drive force are improved, and therefore the pressurization pressure value is accuratelycontrolled, and the quality of formed products can be improved easily.
