The invention discloses a feeding module and a full-automatic tiling
machine applying the same. The full-automatic tiling
machine applying the same comprises a centering module, a rack module, the feeding module and a tiling module, the centering module is used for centering
ceramic tiles needing to be fed, thereby facilitating subsequent conveying and detection of the
ceramic tiles, the rack module is used for outputting the
ceramic tiles from the centering module, performing photographing and image recognizing on the
ceramic tiles through an industrial camera, then removing the damaged
ceramic tiles through a removing mechanism, and finally, conveying the
ceramic tiles to the position above a feeding push plate of the feeding module, and is further provided with a
mortar mechanism whichis used for flatly laying
mortar, the feeding module is used for upwards pushing the ceramic tiles conveyed by the rack module into a feeding frame through the feeding push plate, the ceramic tiles are gradually stacked from bottom to top in the feeding frame, and the tiling module is used for sucking the ceramic tiles in the feeding frame and then mounting the ceramic tiles at preset positions tocomplete tiling. According to the feeding module and the full-automatic tiling
machine, automatic centering, conveying, feeding, sucking and tiling of the ceramic tiles can be achieved,
mortar can beautomatically flatly laid, and therefore the whole tiling process is automatically completed.
