The water-based waterproof and heat-insulating decorative coating has solar reflectivity of 87%. A heat insulation temperature difference test result shows that a sample plate coated with the water-based waterproof and heat-insulating decorative coating has a temperature of 15 DEG C lower than that of a reference sample plate, sample aging resistance time is 1500h and fading and pulverization are avoided.
