This invention discloses an anti-
corrosion cast-in-place
pile and its construction method, belonging to the field of building
pile foundation engineering technology. It includes a retaining structure composed of several interconnected PVC ring units. The retaining structure is equipped with a grouting
system, an anti-
corrosion membrane, a reinforcing cage, and
pile shoes. Each ring unit is welded into a cylindrical shape from at least three PVC plates. The grouting
system includes grouting pipes, and the anti-
corrosion membrane is adhered to the inner wall of the retaining structure. The reinforcing cage has pre-embedded grouting sleeves corresponding to the grouting pipes. The pile shoes are located at the ends of the retaining structure. Construction involves sequentially drilling, installing the retaining structure, applying the anti-corrosion membrane, hoisting the reinforcing cage,
underwater concrete pouring, and subsequent grouting reinforcement. This invention effectively solves the problems of cast-in-place piles being susceptible to corrosion, poor construction quality, and irreparable damage in highly corrosive environments. It has advantages such as significant anti-corrosion effect, convenient construction, safety and
environmental protection, wide applicability, and strong
maintainability. It is suitable for highly corrosive geological environments such as coastal high-
chloride salt, inland
sulfate /
saline-alkali, and weakly acidic environments.
