The invention relates to an
intelligent control system for ship trim, which comprises a computer, an
inclinometer receiver, a controller, a front water pump, a rear water pump, a front
ballast tank, a rear
ballast tank and an
inclinometer, wherein the inlet of the front water pump is communicated with the rear
ballast tank and the outlet of the front water pump is communicated with the front
ballast tank; the inlet of the rear water pump is communicated with the front
ballast tank and the outlet of the rear water pump is communicated with the rear
ballast tank; the
control signal output end of a first water pump of the controller is connected with the
control signal input end of the front water pump; the
control signal output end of a second water pump of the controller is connected with the control
signal input end of the rear water pump; the
signal output end of the
inclinometer is connected with the
signal input end of the inclinometer
receiver; the signal output end of the inclinometer
receiver is connected with the input end for inclination data of a ship of the computer; and the signal output end of a water pump control command of the computer is connected with the signal input end of the controller. The
intelligent control system for the ship trim replaces the manual adjustment for the ship trim, so that the adjustment for the ship trim is more precise and rapid.
