alternate current frequency-variable speed motor, a reduction gear, a honing bar, a driving gear, an external
mandril, a push cylinder, a hollow
drive shaft and a shaft block; the
alternate current frequency-variable speed motor, the reduction gear and the driving gear are arranged on the platform of the horizontal moving mechanism, the driving gear is arranged on the reduction gear and the hollow
drive shaft; the hollow
drive shaft is connected with the hollow honing bar by a shaft head and a honing head in a floating way; and the push cylinder is fixed on the platform of the horizontal moving mechanism and connected with the external
mandril. The invention has simple structure and steady horizontal motion, honing feed is easy to control,
working range is wide and
processing precision is high, and the weight of the work piece to be processed is not limited, thus being applicable to honing of huge cylinder inner bore in extruder.
