The invention discloses a turbine dead steam latent heat comprehensive utilization thermodynamic system which comprises a turbine, generators and a condenser hot well, wherein an exhaust opening at one end of the turbine is connected with the condenser hot well; the condenser hot well is connected with a condenser; the condenser is connected with a condensed water distributor; one end of the condenser is connected with a low-temperature multi-effect structure; the other end of the condenser is connected with seawater; seawater is desalinated through the low-temperature multi-effect structure; the low-temperature multi-effect structure is connected with the condensed water distributor and a concentrated seawater discharging pipeline; the condensed water distributor discharges part of fresh water; an extracting opening is formed in the left side of the turbine; the extracting opening and the exhaust opening are connected with the air inlet of a steam ejector respectively; the air outlet of the steam ejector is connected with the air inlet of the low-temperature multi-effect structure; mixed steam is adopted as a heat source for seawater desalination.
