plate electrode, a distance adjusting device, an
image acquisition device, a high-
voltage power supply and an upper computer, wherein the
plate electrode is arranged on an inner top surface of the cabinet; the distance adjusting device is located on the lower side of the
plate electrode and used for adjusting the
vertical distance between a calibrated
electrostatic voltmeter and the plate
electrode, a clamp is fixed to a moving part of the distance adjusting device, and the clamp is used for clamping the calibrated
electrostatic voltmeter; the
image acquisition device is used for acquiring the reading of the calibrated
electrostatic voltmeter and is arranged on one side of the distance adjusting device; the output
voltage of the high-voltage power supply is adjustable, an output end is electrically connected with the plate
electrode, and an input end is electrically connected with the power supply; and the upper computer is electrically connected with the high-voltage power supply, the distance adjusting device, the
image acquisition device and the power supply respectively. The device is high in safety and
controllability, automatic voltage adjustment, automatic reading, automatic discharging and automatic positioning of the distance between the calibrated electrostatic
voltmeter and the plate
electrode in the calibration process are achieved, and safety and convenience of the device are improved.
