The first electrodes (44A) and the second electrodes (44B) on the side of the rotor (R) are arranged at a predetermined distance from the center of the rotating shaft (1) and at an intermediate position between the rows of the first electrodes (34A) and the second electrodes (34B) on the side of the stator (S). The invention provides a verification method for a remote control non-contact electrostatic voltmeter. The method comprises the steps of establishing a verification device, initializing the verification device, verifying an electrostatic voltage indicating value error, testing short-term stability of a voltage indicating value, closing the verification device and fully discharging, and recording metering performance. Wherein an electric field shielding box is introduced in the calibration device, the calibration device initialization and the electrostatic voltage indication error calibration, the zero setting environment of the non-contact electrostatic voltmeter is carried out in the electric field shielding box, and meanwhile, an aluminum anti-electrostatic base plate is fully grounded, so that the whole calibration process is free from the interference of an electromagnetic environment and accumulated charges; and high accuracy of the verification process of the non-contact electrostatic voltmeter is ensured. The calibration result is good in repeatability and high in accuracy, the measurement range and the measurement capacity of high-voltage parameters are greatly improved, and the technical means of remote control, static prevention and electric field interference resistance of calibration of the non-contact electrostatic voltmeter are perfected.
